I had a blast at the University of San Francisco (@USFCA) last week where I was honored to deliver a keynote lecture intertwining music, storytelling & a unique visual presentation. On Friday I had the pleasure of delivering a Performance Lecture at UC Berkeley for Womyn’s HERstory Month.
The idea came about through some brainstorming I did with Student’s For Hip Hop leader/organizer, Rebecca who has been an amazing supporter of RAPtivism in the Bay Area & around the world!
I also want to give a special shout out to siSTARZ in rhyme Kaila Love & Chhoti Maa who threw down w/ fierce lyrical talents! Gotta get tuned into their sound waves if you haven’t already!
